CompareGo 앱은 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며, 사용자가 직접 입력하는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
다만 앱 기능 제공 및 광고/구매 서비스를 위해 다음 정보가 수집될 수 있습니다.
CompareGo does not require user registration and does not collect personally identifiable information entered by users.
However, the following information may be collected to provide app functions, ads, and in-app purchase services.

2. 수집하지 않는 정보 / Information Not Collected
앱은 아래 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소 등 개인식별 정보
- 얼굴 인식/분석 데이터 및 생체정보
- 연락처, 위치정보, 메시지, 통화기록
- 카메라 영상과 저장된 사진은 단말기 내에서만 처리되며 서버로 전송되지 않음
The app does not collect the following information.
- Personally identifiable information (name, email, phone, address)
- Face recognition/biometric data
- Contacts, location, messages, call logs
- Camera preview and saved photos are processed only on device and never sent to any server
3. 개인정보 이용 목적 / Purpose of Use
- 앱 기능 제공 (카메라 프리뷰, 사진 저장, 조명 효과 등)
- 광고 제공 (Google AdMob 광고)
- 유료 구매 처리 (프리미엄 서비스 결제 및 복원)
- Provide app features (camera preview, photo saving, light effects)
- Provide ads(Google AdMob)
- Process in-app purchases (premium purchase & restore)
4. 보관 및 파기 / Retention & Deletion
- 앱 내부 데이터(프리미엄 여부 등): 앱 삭제 시 자동 파기
- 광고 및 결제 관련 데이터: Google(AdMob), Apple App Store 및 Google Play Billing 정책에 따름
- App local data (e.g., premium status): deleted when the app is uninstalled
- Ad and purchase data: handled according to Google and Apple policies
5. 제3자 제공 및 위탁 / Third-party Sharing
앱은 원칙적으로 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 다음의 경우 예외적으로 제3자 서비스와 연동될 수 있습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리 / User Rights
- 기기 설정에서 카메라·저장소 권한 철회 가능
- Android / iOS에서 광고 추적 제한 및 광고 식별자 재설정 가능
- Google Play / App Store에서 구매 내역 확인 및 환불 요청 가능
- Revoke camera/storage permissions in device settings
- Restrict ad tracking and reset Ad ID/IDFA
- Check purchase history & request refunds via Google Play/App Store
7. 안전성 확보 조치 / Security Measures
- 최소 권한 요청 원칙 적용
- 카메라 데이터는 로컬에서만 처리
- HTTPS를 통한 네트워크 보안
- 앱 종료 및 삭제 시 데이터 초기화
- Request only minimum necessary permissions
- Camera data processed only locally
- Encrypted communication via HTTPS
- Data cleared when app is closed or uninstalled
8. 개인정보 처리방침 변경 / Policy Changes
법령 및 서비스 정책 변경 시 본 방침이 수정될 수 있으며, 앱 내 공지 또는 업데이트 시점에 안내됩니다.
This policy may be updated due to legal or service changes, and users will be notified within the app or via update notes.
9. 국외 이전 / Data Transfer Abroad
앱은 Google 및 Apple의 서비스(광고, 결제, 서버 기능)를 사용하며, 이 과정에서 일부 정보(광고 식별자, 결제 검증 데이터 등)가 해외 서버(미국 등)에 전송될 수 있습니다. 본 정보는 서비스 제공을 위한 목적으로만 이용되며, 관련 법령에 따라 안전하게 처리됩니다.
The app uses Google and Apple services (ads, payments, servers), and some data may be transferred to servers abroad (e.g., US). This data is used only for service provision and handled securely.
10. 아동의 개인정보 보호 / Children's Privacy
CompareGo 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만약 아동의 정보가 수집된 것이 확인될 경우, 즉시 삭제 조치를 취합니다.
The CompareGo app does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If it is confirmed that a child's information has been collected, we will take immediate action to delete it.
